Half a Small Pineapple
Handful of Kale
Handful of Spinach
Handful of Mint Leaves
Large Piece of Cucumber
Handful of Alfalfa
Small Piece of Fennel
1 Stick of Celery
1tsp Wheatgrass Powder
1tsp Chlorella Powder
Juice the apples, pineapple, kale, spinach, cucumber, fennel, mint and celery. Add the juice to a blender with the avocado, wheatgrass and chlorella and blend until smooth.
Fennel is excellent at easing stomach cramps and is very soothing for the digestive tract.
Juice the oranges, carrots, lemon and ginger and add to the blender with the flax oil and turmeric. Blend until fully mixed.
Turmeric is an excellent anti-inflammatory.
Flax is also anti-inflammatory and high in omega 3, which is essential for the health of the brain, heart and joints.
Handful of Mixed Berries - fresh or frozen
Cup of almond, cashew or hemp milk
Tsp of Maple Syrup
Tsp of Acai Powder
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
