Reflexology is a holistic therapy which treats the whole body by using pressure on the feet. Its principles date back thousands of years and it was then developed as a therapy in the twentieth century.
The theory involves the body being divided into zones, and putting pressure on a particular zone on the foot, will have an effect on corresponding parts of the body in that zone.
The feet mirror the body, and by working on the thousands of nerve endings on the feet, you calm and soothe the whole body. It can also remove energy blockages, improves circulation, relieve aches and pains, promote wellbeing and is lovely for tired feet.
Benefits Of Reflexology:
During a reflexology session you will be asked to remove your shoes and socks. I will cleanse your feet using organic tea tree oil and do a short warm up massage. I will then work on the pressure points on your feet before doing a relaxing massage to end.
